Olly Murs strips down to posing pouch at G.A.Y after losing a bet

Olly Murs made the crowd go wild at G.A.Y in London last night, but it was spurred on by his nudity, rather than his singing ability. The former X Factor contestant got X rated as he stripped down to a posing pouch as part of a bet with the club’s owner Jeremy Joseph.

Back in December Murs set the bet that if his single ‘Please Don’t Let Me Go’ went to number one in the charts, he’d come back to the club and perform naked. His song took the top chart spot in September last year so Olly kept to his word and jumped up on stage without his suit – but ended up keeping his G-string and hat on. The cheeky cow thong saved the singer from being completely nude but the star seemed confident displaying his bare body anyway.

The excited crowd chanted ‘Get them off’ at Olly as he slowly stripped off his jeans and briefs. Essex-born Olly also lost ‘the guy who can buy the best Easter egg’ bet with Mr Joseph after being upstaged by the club owner. The 26-year-old thought he’d found the perfect Easter egg with his ‘Glee Egg’, but Jeremy won after presenting him with a collection of eggs taped together which left with Olly at the end of the night.

Despite seeming confident with being naked on stage, Murs has admitted that he worries about losing his figure and becoming ‘ugly, fat and useless’. He said ‘I’m really conscious about what I eat because I want to look my best. ‘I want to look back in five or 10 years’ time and think, ‘Oh, I looked pretty decent then!’
